The Rocky Mountain ADR Story

My path to founding Rocky Mountain ADR stemmed from a firsthand understanding of the limitations of traditional litigation. As a litigator, I witnessed how drawn-out legal battles could deplete resources, damage relationships, and ultimately leave parties feeling dissatisfied. I recognized the need for a better approach – one that prioritized collaboration, efficiency, and positive outcomes. Rocky Mountain ADR was born from this vision: to provide a more constructive and empowering way for individuals and businesses to resolve their disputes.

“I believe that conflict resolution can be a catalyst for growth and understanding, and I am dedicated to helping parties navigate these challenging situations with clarity and confidence.”

My Approach to Dispute Resolution

Effective ADR requires a balanced approach, combining structure with flexibility. My philosophy is rooted in the following core values:

  • Neutrality: I maintain impartiality throughout the process, ensuring all parties feel heard and respected.

  • Empathy: I strive to understand each party's perspective and concerns, creating a safe space for open communication.

  • Collaboration: I facilitate constructive dialogue, empowering parties to work together towards mutually beneficial solutions.

  • Efficiency: I am committed to streamlining the process, minimizing delays, and maximizing the efficient use of everyone's time.

I aim to create an environment where parties feel comfortable exploring their options, expressing their needs, and ultimately reaching a resolution that works for them.
