Resolve Disputes Quickly & Affordably with Rocky Mountain ADR

“We deliver efficient, cost-effective, and party-focused dispute resolution services.

As a Colorado-based alternative dispute resolution firm, we guide parties toward resolution by combining deep legal experience with a practical, solutions-focused approach. Our understanding of regional industries - from construction and insurance to outdoor recreation - helps parties find common ground and move forward efficiently, saving both time and resources through mediation and arbitration.

Your Path to Dispute Resolution

Find Resolution. Build Solutions.

Mediation

Mediation puts you in control of resolving your dispute.

As your mediator, we adapt our approach to match your goals - whether you're seeking to understand perspectives, evaluate positions, or cut to the chase and reach a workable agreement. Unlike court or arbitration, mediation lets you shape your own solution, saving time and money while maintaining privacy. The process is flexible, confidential, and focused on reaching resolution efficiently.

Arbitration

When parties need a definitive ruling, arbitration provides a private alternative to court.

Acting as your arbitrator, we manage a structured process where each side presents their evidence and arguments. After carefully weighing the facts and applicable law, we deliver a binding decision that's enforceable, like a court order. Arbitration typically offers a faster, confidential path to resolution compared to a publicly filed court case.

Which Method is Right for Your Case?

Alternative Dispute Resolution -- A Better Choice

Whether you're facing a complex construction disagreement, an insurance coverage conflict, or a challenging commercial dispute, Rocky Mountain ADR is here to guide you toward a positive resolution. We believe in empowering parties to take control of their disputes and create solutions that meet their unique needs.

Our mediator provides a neutral and supportive environment where you can explore options, communicate openly, and find a workable solution. In arbitration, you will find a neutral with decades of litigation experience who ensures parties are fully heard, thoroughly reviews all evidence, and issues binding, fair rulings.

With nearly 25 years of experience in complex litigation, we offer a deep understanding of the legal landscape and a proven track record of success. Our founder's unique background as a Chief Litigation Officer and Wall Street attorney, combined with her extensive knowledge of Colorado industries and communities and her down-to-earth style, ensure a balanced and insightful approach to every case.

We're committed to providing efficient, effective, and party-focused dispute resolution services that help you put your conflict in the past and move forward.

From foundation to finish, construction conflicts can derail even the most well-planned projects. Stakeholders can collide over:

  • Quality & Design: Structural concerns, design questions, and construction defects spark intense disagreement around accountability and resolution

  • Money Matters: Payment disputes, liens, and change orders quickly escalate when cash flow freezes and work stops

  • Time & Resources: Delays cascade through complex construction schedules, leaving parties debating excusable delays versus poor planning

  • Documentation: Contract terms, shop drawings, and specifications become battlegrounds for scope and standard-of-care debates

The construction litigation path often leads to:

  • Years-long proceedings that kill project momentum and drain resources

  • Legal costs that dwarf the original dispute

  • Destroyed working relationships in a relationship-driven industry

At Rocky Mountain ADR, we know Colorado construction. From residential remodels to ground-up construction of commercial high-rises, we work with owners, contractors, subcontractors, designers, and suppliers concerned about:

  • Protecting investments

  • Maintaining project control

  • Getting paid for completed work

  • Defending decisions

  • Resolving material disputes

  • Finding workable solutions

  • Maintaining important business relationships

When construction disputes arise, mediation and arbitration offer faster, more practical paths forward - preserving both projects and relationships. Skip the courthouse.
